Big R Sparks

We get a lot of our supplies here for our business and always have a great experience! The store is incredibly organized, which makes it so easy to find what we need, and everyone we’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful. We’re happy to have such a great local hardware store to rely on and will definitely continue coming back!

This store is conveniently located and they have such an interesting selection of products… unfortunately they fall on their face with unreasonable return policies. On principle I really hate going back to the store knowing how poorly I’ve been treated on several occasions. They are very helpful if it means they can sell you something, but they treat their customers like you’re the enemy when you need to make a return or exchange- and they know it. Caveat emptor is the motto when entering this retailer.

We really enjoy this store. It has everything you need to run a farm. Landscaping equipment is a plus. Good prices and they sell chicklets too

I love the top quality dog food I can get here, however they supply farm supplies, RV hoses, plumbing parts, top of the line clothes for the entire family. Good quality lasts so much longer than the average cheap clothes at other big stores. Happy they have several locations in Fallon, Fernley, and Sparks!! Thanks !!

Purchased this voltage tester, and it didn’t quite work out. Went to go return it, and the manager said they would be unable to accept the return because the packaging was too damaged. I asked how to open this blister pack without damaging the packaging and he could not give me an answer. Unfortunately, there are two other hardware stores close to me that would accept this return and I will be using them from here on out.
